Mega Creations #TasteTheLove Event

Last April 28, 2016, I was invited to the first ever #TasteTheLove Luncheon Series featuring Mega Creations Premium Sardines in Pio`s Kitchen in Quezon City.

It was an afternoon well-spent with other mommy friends, as we were introduced to the exquisitely tasting, mouthwatering, premium oil-based sardines of Mega Creations.

Mega Global Corporation believes that everything a mother does for her family is a testament of her love. I couldn’t agree more.

We believe that love can be expressed in our homes in many ways, most especially in cooking. We are hoping that every home will be able to taste the love that is in every can and bottle of Mega Creations. We wish to be part of your families, your kitchen, and your every meal.

– Lady Reyes, Brand Manager of Mega Creations and a Mega Mom herself explained.

Every bottle and can of Mega Creations is made with only the freshest catch that has gone through Mega Sardines’ signature 12-hour-catching-to-canning process. With this, moms like me are assured that what we are offering is only the best.

Every piece of sardine is especially handpicked to select the perfect size and ideal quality combining it with exceptional oils and ingredients which assures divine dishes in the kitchen.

During the event, we were given our own personalized aprons.

Excited for today's event ❤️ #pioskitchen #tastethelove

We were treated with a special cooking demo with Pio’s Kitchen’s and Mega Mom Chef Chin Gallegos-Bagis who also prepared four heavenly, easy-to-prepare recipes for the luncheon using Mega Creations.

We also participated in a contest, with Chef Chin as the judge, where we cooked and prepared the Tomato Arugula and Sardine Pasta.

Mega Moms were divided into four groups as they participated in the cooking contest judged by Chef Chin Gallegos-Bagis of Pio’s Kitchen. (L-R) Roselle Toledo of Snapped and Scribbled, Donna Javier of Pinay Mom’s Life, Lady Reyes of Mega Creations, and Chef Chin Gallegos-Bagis of Pio’s Kitchen

Joy Gurtiza of and I are all on ears as Chef Chin explains the dish, while Lanie Lluch of Tweensel Mom is already preparing for the cook out.

Woman in Digital’s Marjorie Pineda-Uy, Philippine beat’s Jane Uymatiao, Smart Parenting’s Rachel Perez are all about team work as they make their own Tomato Arugula and Sardine Pasta.

In the end, the team of Roselle Toledo of Snapped and Scribbled and Donna Javier of Pinay Mom’s Life got Chef Chin’s seal of approval.

With tummies filled with love from the delicious dishes that Chef Chin prepared, we were treated with basket full of Mega Creations Premium Sardines.

I was very excited to share what I discovered, that I immediately served it that weekend.

I have never given much thought about the brand of sardines that I serve at home, but Mega Creations made me taste the difference.

As a converted Mega Mom, I know better. If love can be translated to cooking, I’d only serve the best.

Mega Moms together with Mega Global’s Mary Lou Tiu Lim, Chef Chin Gallegos-Bagis, Mega Creations Brand Manager Lady Reyes, and Mega Global’s Corporate Communications Assistant Manager Elenn Manalang.

Enjoy life. Cheers!
