My MBP Gift Swap Experience

at

Christmas is my favorite time of the year! Not only do I get to spend more time with the family, but I also get to surprise my loved ones with gifts.

This Christmas is extra special for me because I joined the MBP Gift Swap. It’s like an exchange gift, but we get to exchange with fellow members of the Mommy Bloggers Philippines group – some of which we haven’t met yet. It was very exciting since we didn’t know who picked us, not until we receive the gift.

Mommy Money Tips

I’ve never been good at managing my finances. At least, not until I had a family. I’m still in the process of learning, though I honestly wish I would’ve started sooner. Good thing, MoneyMax Philippines sent over an infographic about Mommy Money Tips. Though my son is still very young to understand these, I already have a reference on which lessons I should teach him someday.

Most of us are probably familiar about subscription boxes, but did you know that there is a subscription box for children? BuriBox is a subscription box specifically designed for Filipino learners.

It is a collection of books, activities, and art materials, powered by Adarna Publishing House. It is designed to develop literacy, critical thinking, socio-emotional make-up and gross and fine motor skills of our children.

Yesterday, I went to the 1st day of the Expo Mom 2016 with my co-mommy blogger Michelle. Since we went after shift, we missed some of the activities scheduled on the 1st day. Good thing, we were still able to attend the Mindful Mom Session.

At first, I didn’t know what to expect about the Mindful Mom session. I thought it was being more aware about my son, but it’s not actually that. It’s more about being aware of myself and what it implies to motherhood.
